Terms of Use

1. Agreement
By creating an account, using the website or adding the Telegram bot, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
StreamifyExpress helps streamers and viewers manage stream notifications, message appearance, buttons and weekly schedules, and optionally publish a public schedule page. Features may change as the product develops.
3. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate information and keep login credentials secure.
- You must comply with Telegram, Twitch, YouTube, Kick and other platform rules when linking accounts or posting links.
- You are responsible for content you configure (templates, schedule text, public page content, custom buttons).
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Abuse APIs, scrape in ways that violate third-party terms, or attempt to disrupt the service.
- Use the service for spam, fraud, harassment or illegal content.
- Impersonate others when linking platforms or publishing a public page.
- Circumvent security, rate limits or access controls.
5. Third-party services
The service depends on Telegram and streaming platforms. Outages, API changes or account bans on those platforms are outside our control. OAuth connections (Google/YouTube, Twitch, Kick) are optional and can be revoked by you in the provider’s account settings.
6. Donations
Optional donations via YooMoney or DonationAlerts support hosting and development. Donations are voluntary and generally non-refundable unless required by law.
7. Intellectual property
StreamifyExpress branding, code and design belong to the service operator. You retain rights to your own content; you grant us a license to store and process it solely to provide the service.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Notification delivery depends on third-party networks and may be delayed or missed.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from use of the service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for Terms violations or to protect the service and other users.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
