OBS widgets and design editor
Add chat, events, goals, timers and other tools to your OBS scene. Use classic widgets or customize their design in the Windows app editor.
Choose a widget for the job
Start with one tool: chat for viewer messages, events for alerts or a timer for a countdown. Check its data source and dimensions before styling the whole scene.
Classic widgets are free. Advanced styling and the visual editor are Pro features. A saved design does not replace connecting an event or chat source.
Import a gallery design
Anyone can browse the public gallery. An account is required to publish a design; an active Pro subscription is required to download one.
Open a design, download its JSON and import it in Widget editor in the Windows app. Check the widget type, edit it visually or through HTML/CSS, then apply it to OBS.
Check your OBS scene
Add the URL provided by the app as a browser source in OBS. Match the source width and height to your layout, then use previews and test events.
Keep the app running for local widgets. Do not share personal widget URLs: they can contain access information for your source.
