Privacy Policy

1. Who we are
StreamifyExpress (“we”, “service”) provides stream notification tools for Telegram and a web cabinet at streamifyexpress.com. Contact: notification@streamifyexpress.com.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: email (if you register), name, password hash, Telegram user id and username when you sign in or link Telegram.
- Connected chats: Telegram chat ids and titles you authorize the bot to use.
- Platform links: channel urls, names and ids for Twitch, YouTube, Kick and other platforms you connect; OAuth tokens when you link Twitch, YouTube or Kick.
- Service settings: notification templates, buttons, schedules, public page slug and content you publish.
- Technical data: session cookies, CSRF tokens, approximate request logs needed to run and secure the service.
3. How we use data
- To authenticate you and keep your cabinet session.
- To poll public or authorized live status of linked channels and send Telegram notifications.
- To show your public schedule page if you enable it.
- To improve reliability and security of the service.
We do not sell personal data. We do not use Google user data for advertising.
4. Google / YouTube OAuth
If you link YouTube, we request limited Google OAuth access (YouTube Data API, read-only) to identify your channel and store a verified link in your StreamifyExpress profile. Access tokens are stored securely on our server and used only for that purpose. You can unlink the platform in the cabinet; revoke access anytime in your Google Account permissions.
Our use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
5. Other OAuth providers
Twitch and Kick linking works similarly: we store tokens and channel identity only to verify ownership and deliver stream-related features.
6. Sharing
We share data only with processors needed to operate the service (hosting, email delivery, Telegram, Twitch, Kick, Google/YouTube APIs) under their terms. Public pages intentionally expose schedule items and platform links you choose to publish.
7. Retention
We keep account and configuration data while your account is active. You may request deletion by contacting us. Logs are kept for a limited operational period.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, session cookies and CSRF protection. No method of transmission is 100% secure; use a strong password and keep Telegram access under your control.
9. Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data by emailing notification@streamifyexpress.com.
10. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country).
11. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change; continued use means you accept the revised policy.
